My first YouTube podcast episode with a guest coach
The Fearless Sleep channel has finally had another human being apart from my talking head :) And not just a random person, but one of the best and most compassionate sleep coaches I know – Michelle Weil. Michelle was super kind to share with us her insomnia recovery journey and we went into a lot of detail discussing what insomnia recovery actually looks like and how it ends.

Timeless principle explained
You might have heard of the timeless sleep window approach presented by Daniel Erichsen from The Sleep Coach School. This principle has played a huge role in my recovery, and I think it is worth giving it a try as a starting point on the journey.
But the approach has its nuances, and I've shared (probably) everything I know and learned about it through my trial and error in these two videos.
