It's very, very individual. I didn't put any examples, just to not create an impression there are right or wrong activities to do. It depends what you feel like doing on any given night. Some people choose to watch something on netflix or youtube, others read books, listen to podcasts, paint, etc. Not doing anything at all and just chilling on bed is an option to. It doesn't have to be doership, it can be the opposite - not doing. The list is endless but it needs to come from the place of comfort.
